MAC Prolongwear Foundation

So, this is how things are! 

Last week I went to MAC (They had a 35% discount here in Greece! Haul coming soon!) and while I was there I decided to get a sample of the Prolongwear foundation. I matched myself to NW20 (my regular shade!) and asked the ma for a sample, which she kindly gave to me. And off I went!

Fast forward to today! I had a long day ahead of me and I was planning to have my makeup on from 9 am to about 12 am. Naturally I decided to give my sample a try! And OMG!! I was shocked!!! It was incredible!

Let me explain! First of all, I have combination oily skin so I usually get shiny on my T-zone after about 5 hours of wear. Today, however, I got the smallest amount of shine (it didn't even bother me!) about 9 hours after I put my foundation on!! (Let me mention that I do powder to set my foundation in the morning). To add to the lack of shine, my foundation literally did not move ALL DAY! It is 12.30 am right now, I just took of my makeup and before I did my foundation looked like I had just put it on! Insane!! I am not sure how it would work on drier skin, but I think it would be fine unless you have extremely dry skin.

Anyways, I will definitely buy the full size and I cannot reccomend it enough. I have never been this impressed with a foundation before in terms of longevity (15h for me but I am sure it would last longer if I didn't take my makeup off!). Go get a sample for yourself! You will not regret it! :)
